Thanks, I have arthritis in my hip and knee so bad I’ve been using a cane for a year (and I’m only 31) been looking for some good excerises. My only issue with this one is putting weight back on my elbows since I had surgery on my elbow a few years back and have nerve damage, it’s hard to support my weight with it.
